Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers in French and English.
You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling our portfolio of snack food products and promotions. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities * Answer customer calls in English and French language queues, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries * Address customer concerns and issues according to procedure, using our best call guidelines to turn calls into positive experiences * Sell our portfolio of snack food products and promotions to existing and new customers, growing our business volume and profit * Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with flawless coordination and communication with customers * Follow procedure by adhering to a schedule, ensuring that customer orders are accurate and complete * Proactively partner with customers, positioning ourselves as the snack food experts and driving business growth Successful Agents Demonstrate * A continuous process improvement focus, always looking for ways to enhance our customer service experience * Customer-driven behavior, exemplifying positive relationship and influence skills to build strong customer relationships * A high degree of maturity and integrity, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support * A drive for results, consistently meeting or exceeding our customer service targets and metrics Qualifications * Proficiently work using a computer in a Windows environment, with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and processing skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints in a calm and polished manner * High attention to detail, with a high school graduate or equivalent (associate degree preferred) * Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience, with flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST * Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages What's in it for you?
