The Role As a Realtime Technical Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our real-time captioning department. You'll work closely with our team of experienced editors, providing customer and captioner support in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Setting up closed captioning for live TV networks * Ensuring on-air continuity of captions for all shows being captioned * Researching and transcribing scripted portions of programming * Using attention to detail to ensure that caption files are correct for live broadcast * Troubleshooting and resolving client issues to ensure continuity of closed captions * Partnering with Realtime Captioners to set up/test/verify captions for their scheduled programs * Assisting clients and Captioners with various questions about connections, caption placement, etc.
