Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative (BCP), you will: * Interface with clients via inbound calls, providing support and resolution to their queries * Achieve specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine client needs * Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional client experiences Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma and/or GED * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required) * Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills * Ability to work rotational shifts as needed * Live within 25-35-mile radius of our Rochester, NY site What's in it for you?
