Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess certain essential qualifications, including: Must be 18 years of age or older or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract. Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of work authorization. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service, data entry, or a related field. Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
