Job Overview In this dynamic role, you will be working in a fast-paced call center environment, receiving and processing inbound calls from patients, providers, and other medical staff. Key Responsibilities Answer a minimum of 11 calls per hour, resolving moderate to complex issues in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and verify appointments in our clinical information system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information, maintaining the integrity of our data Send and receive tasks to Provider offices, facilitating access to medical care for our patients Receive and process expedited, stat, and at-risk referrals, prioritizing urgent cases and ensuring timely resolution Contact patients to advise them of appointment and referral status, providing clear and concise communication Perform high-volume data entry, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Process and resolve expedited patient complaints, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction Review and process medication refills, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely manner Respond proactively to inquiries from patients, Providers, and internal medical personnel, providing exceptional customer service and support Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Customer Service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to work between the hours of 7:00am - 8:00pm, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of bolthires Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports Medical Terminology, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and principles

Advanced knowledge of insurance products, with the ability to navigate complex policies and procedures Training in a medical office or customer service related field, with a strong foundation in healthcare operations CPT and ICD-9 coding, with the ability to accurately code and bill medical procedures
