About the Role As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative - Night Shift, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware, software, and other client products, while providing top-notch customer service support. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and technical expertise. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.

Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: 1+ year of customer service and/or technical support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with reliable high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with the possibility of a work computer being provided depending on the position offered.
