Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with tracking packages, scheduling deliveries, and resolving shipment-related issues in a timely and efficient manner Provide accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex services, rates, and delivery options to ensure customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure data accuracy and compliance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and to identify opportunities for process improvements Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it Home office setup with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to phone-based interactions, with a dedicated area for working that is free from distractions Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities that our customers face Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and databases Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Customer-focused mindset : A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong sense of empathy and understanding Technical skills : Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Time management skills : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
