What You'll Do for Us As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a team that provides inventory plan management by: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Functional Skills * Strong attention to detail * Clear communicator * Data analysis * Customer service focus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines What We'll Do For You * Be part of a diverse and inclusive team of professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Opportunities for career growth and development * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for professional development and training * A dynamic and supportive work environment Benefits At arenaflex, we empower our employees worldwide to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.
