With 32 locations across North Carolina, Virginia, DC, Maryland, Tennessee, Alabama, and Ohio, we're committed to helping our customers find relief from foot, knee, or back pain through our premium Arch Supports. The Role As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls from across all our store locations.
You'll work closely with our sales team to educate customers about the benefits of Good Feet arch supports, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with customers will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities * Answer calls, transfer calls to appropriate store locations, and return calls as needed * Remedy any customer concerns or issues by being an available voice, routing calls accurately, and following up as needed * Schedule appointments for multiple stores via bolthires Calendars * Listen to customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions * Collaborate with the sales team to educate customers about the benefits of Good Feet arch supports Requirements * Required Skills/Abilities: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Excellent time management skills + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills + Detail-oriented, especially with follow-up processes + Ability to work alternating Saturdays until 5:00 pm * Education/
