Job Summary We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team as agents. As a remote agent, you'll work from the comfort of your home office, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat.

You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits * Starting pay: $16.50/hour * $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm * Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
