Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: - Perform data entry of claims information into the claims management system: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate. - Follow up on missing information to ensure claims can be processed: Identify and follow up on missing information to ensure that claims can be processed in a timely and efficient manner.
