Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to as Work-at-Home Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and assisting customers in adding or removing products and services. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide resolutions to customers * Assist customers in adding or removing products and services * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade * Explain and position products and processes with customers * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling Essential Qualifications * Must be 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20 words per minute) * Basic knowledge of bolthires Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating system * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues * An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation * Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Strong team orientation and customer focus * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer service or sales experience * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with call center software and technology * Basic knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
