Senior Technical Program Leader to, responsible for driving the Customer Data Platform strategy and overseeing the successful transport of our organization's use cases associated with customer experience orchestration and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). As a
Senior Technical Program Leader, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with high quality, while aligning with our large organization objectives.
Your robust technical acumen and leadership abilities will be essential in ensuring efficient management of resources, timelines, and cross-departmental communication. Key Responsibilities: Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organization-wide objectives Creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project Leading the planning and implementation of organization-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with business desires and objectives Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters Navigating complex challenges, providing solutions, and ensuring that all teams align on a unified vision Maintaining a deep understanding of the ever-evolving business landscape to incorporate best practices and emerging trends into the program strategy Establishing clear communication channels across teams, ensuring transparency and fluidity in data dissemination Keeping abreast of the latest trends in customer data platform technologies Facilitating cross-departmental coordination and communication for smooth project execution Monitoring and tracking project progress, addressing any issues or delays Implementing project risk management techniques to mitigate potential obstacles Troubleshooting technical problems associated with the platform and implementing solutions Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech desires and implementations Mentoring and guiding teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in program management, preferably in the area of customer data systems and personalization Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and solve situational and systemic challenges Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to achievement Strong technical aptitude, specifically with customer data management Experience in working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications To have a competitive edge, you will need:
Professional certification in program or project management Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data systems Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing techniques and implementation challenges Prior experience with organization Project Management tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, etc.
Experience in a large organization or Fortune 500 company Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer data management and Adobe Experience Platform Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across departments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to identify and solve complex challenges Leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide teams to achievement Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines
