Key Responsibilities Provide friendly support to internal and external customers, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our services, including data entry, customer support, and ground activities Load, unload, service, guide, and direct aircraft, as well as handle freight, mail, and company materials Receive and record customer cargo, airmail, and company materials, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations Perform internal aircraft cabin cleaning, including sweeping upholstery, cleaning windows, galleys, and lavatories, as well as servicing restrooms and disposing of contents Operate and drive mechanized equipment, such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, and push back tractors, in a safe and efficient manner Work in a variety of weather conditions, noise, and equipment environments, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data entry into our organization's system, and ensure compliance with established methods and procedures Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, customer service, or a related discipline Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in bolthires Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with data entry software and systems Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in the aviation or transportation industry, with knowledge of ground operations and customer service procedures Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) Experience working with mechanized equipment, such as belt loaders and air start units, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements, such as those related to aviation, transportation, and customer service Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity
