Remote Data Entry and Wellness Program Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Driving health, well-being, and health equity targets through local employee projects and onsite activities Developing playbooks to track best practices and optimize employee experiences tied to team goals Leading efforts to coordinate all logistics with local stakeholders, team volunteers, and multi-vendor support and representatives in support of essential wellness projects Monitoring best practices and outcomes through reporting and preparing management briefings on results Helping guide management of fulfillment to drive enhanced experience Collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional relationships both internally and externally for project readiness Serving as department liaison for all local team projects and acting as point person Supporting team leads on project implementations and deliverables and upholding excellent service delivery standards Working with a dynamic team in support of wellness, benefit operations, service delivery, communications, and administrative services across H&W programs Traveling for Benefits Roadshows (U.S.
only) – 25% Managing logistics and execution of events, including vendor support Conducting quality assessments on fulfillment and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports Collaborating with the team for project management on local implementations and tuning deliverables Serving as central point person for all department-sponsored events and logistics Leading training for volunteers for department projects Creating project playbooks and controlling annual roadmap planning Essential Qualifications arenaflex values diverse experiences and perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
