Key Responsibilities Collaborate with specialists, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and offer logical support Utilize coding skills to analyze complex datasets and design, develop, and evaluate data transformations to solve specific business problems Build flexible, efficient, and automated data cycles to facilitate client-facing reporting Automate talent acquisition cycles to streamline business operations Communicate verbally or in writing to business clients/initiatives to share insights and recommendations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analysis, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.). Additionally, you should have experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment and be well-versed in machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques.
