The Job As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of our dynamic team working on the 2nd shift. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will utilize internal systems such as AS400, SAP, Web, and Salesforce.com to provide top-notch service to our customers. Provide resolutions to customer questions by answering inbound calls, emails, and texts Utilize internal systems to provide service to callers, including AS400, SAP, Web, and Salesforce.com Handle complaint resolutions competently by demonstrating active listening, empathy, and professionalism Quickly interpret customer, product, and shipment information to provide accurate solutions Able to accept and implement coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals Represent arenaflex professionally and courteously through quality phone conversations and written correspondence
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST, and Friday, 9:30 am EST - 6 pm EST.
