Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative - Seasonal working from home, you will: * Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat * Help customers resolve technical issues and address their concerns * Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions * Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction * Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * A high school diploma or equivalent * A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with reliable internet connectivity * Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC software * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies * A desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, or mobile phones) with: + Operating System: Windows 10+, MacOS 10.15, or MacOS 12 + RAM: 8GB or higher + Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher * Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (satellite and wireless/hotspots are not acceptable) with speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher * Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S.
