Job Summary: As a key member of our healthcare data management team, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and assess information adaptation opportunities, develop and implement data management processes, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare information systems at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to design and implement data management processes that meet business objectives and drive growth * Develop and maintain areas of expertise with connections while communicating arenaflex's needs regarding drugs, exchange, specialty, program/item development, account management, and clinical services * Work with senior leadership to identify and assess information adaptation opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new information item/services clients, providing expertise as an Information SME and working closely with internal groups, including IT * Participate in and contribute to administrative or legal reviews with information analysis as a SME * Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new agreements as a SME * Work in a collaborative environment to provide shared responsibility to pharmaceutical associations with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty PharmacyPharma, Payer, and Health frameworks Partners on Information adaptation and related legal requirements * Oversee channel portion business and productivity successfully * Create and maintain areas of expertise with connections while communicating arenaflex's needs regarding drugs, exchange, specialty, program/item development, account management, and clinical services * Responsible for a cross-functional influential position across arenaflex to make view and cooperative energies to include but not limited to Drug Store Services, Store Tasks, and Specialty * Uphold new business development by providing project plan and process details to make proposals for new services as well as reporting/scientific capacities * Arrange and control activities, plans, and projects in area of responsibility * Advise on various Information Adaptation tasks and drives (current or future) to ensure that any information-related changes and conditions are recognized, communicated, recorded, and addressed to ensure adherence with the organizational requirements and arenaflex Information Administration established guidelines * Mentor, guide, and develop representatives through direction, training, and execution management projects to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty * Lead Delivery and support of current and new Examination items including but not limited to Advances in collaboration with outside vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health frameworks Partners * Define and partner intimately with IT group to create and monitor metrics that influence current organizational Information delivery services and investigation items * Work within organizational rules regarding policies, programs, systems, budgets, and applicable regulations * Ensure the development and execution of supported manufacturer partner services are consistent with generally procedure Essential
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, computer science) * Proven experience in data management, healthcare information systems, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with project management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and goals * Experience in program organization and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred
Qualifications: * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, computer science) * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with healthcare information systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) * Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Healthcare Data Analyst (CHDA), Certified Data Analyst (CDA)) Skills and Competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with project management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and goals * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights
