As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound calls to shareholders, using a scripted call flow to record proxy votes over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner * Updating databases in an accurate and timely manner after each call * Escalating shareholder concerns to a supervisor when necessary * Keeping the management team informed of any shareholder feedback * Meeting targets for productivity, quality, attendance, and code of conduct * Staying up-to-date on campaign specifics * Completing routine administrative tasks for operations, training, or quality * Assisting with quality monitoring and pulling calls as a peer monitor * Responding to inquiries via email or telephone * Assisting trainers in developing Proxy Representatives * Accepting inbound calls and responding within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner Requirements To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Ability to work from home in a virtual environment, with the following equipment: + USB wired headset with microphone + Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or macOS + Dual monitors (a plus) + Personal landline or cell phone that can be dedicated during work hours + 10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable) + Ethernet cable from router connected to computer (preferred) + A quiet space to work * Strong ability to use technology, including searching internal databases and navigating multiple screens * Confident, friendly phone skills * Clear pronunciation and ability to present information in a logical and common-sense manner * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * A sense of pride and dependability regarding your career What's in it for you?
