Utilize bolthires Office products and navigate the internet with proficiency to access and manage patient information, resolve account issues, and perform other job-related tasks.

Communicate clearly, concisely, and in an understandable manner, ensuring that patients feel heard and valued, while also actively listening to their concerns and responding appropriately. Provide outstanding customer service, deescalating conflicts and remaining positive in all situations, even when dealing with difficult customers, to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction. Accurately take patient demographics and other necessary information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily available for future reference.

Review Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documentation, notate accounts on collection activity, and perform account resolution to ensure that patient accounts are managed efficiently and effectively. Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient bills, obtain any missing information, and ensure that all billing processes are handled in a timely and professional manner. Collect patient payments in accordance with payment due dates, establish payment plans within approved guidelines, and ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly and securely.

Create and maintain an atmosphere of comfort and peace for our patients, making them feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with arenaflex. Answer all phone calls within 2 minutes of the call being received, ensuring that patients receive prompt attention and support, and resolve issues efficiently. Attend in-services, seminars, and webinars to enhance your knowledge, skills, and performance, staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, adhering to the scheduled work hours of 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (CST), to ensure that our patients receive consistent and uninterrupted support.

Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or the call center industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. While not mandatory, having completed Customer Service Basics or equivalent training is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support.

Proficiency in bolthires Office products, internet navigation, and other software applications relevant to the role. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to deescalate tense situations and maintain a positive demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
