Job Synopsis

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work as the single point of contact for clients, addressing their everyday correspondence, conducting program surveys, and assisting with agreement drug store reviews. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address client concerns and issues Act as a subject matter expert to drive program advancement opportunities and provide guidance on complex issues Own the end-to-end resolution for any inquiries and issues, exhibiting impressive skill and providing the highest level of service consistently Utilize cross-functional support teams to request and interpret different data streams, and communicate business results and trends that impact clients and their overall program execution Solicit client feedback and determine process improvement solutions, suggesting framework upgrades as needed Instruct clients on reporting changes and guide them through the changes, analyzing client requirements to foster more effective reporting Offer essential support to clients for reviews, providing clarification on data transfer through various systems Participate in client review cycles, offering support on-site or remotely, and maintain records of client interactions, details, complaints, remarks, and actions taken Develop and cultivate working relationships with internal partners (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to facilitate useful exchanges of information Foster an in-depth understanding of the 340B program, striving to improve the overall productivity and attractiveness of the program Stay up-to-date on the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, continually utilizing that knowledge to identify ways and make proposals to improve the 340B program Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of client or record relationship experience.

You should have experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, as well as developing approaches to achieve objectives and meet deadlines with minimal management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as experience providing customer service to internal and external customers. Technical Skills Basic level expertise in bolthires Excel, including opening a workbook, inserting a line, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check, or printing worksheets Basic level expertise in bolthires PowerPoint, including inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing outline view, or running a slide show Basic level expertise in bolthires Word, including opening a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, sorting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities Preferred Qualifications While not required, a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client or customer service experience are preferred.

Experience working in a client or account management environment, as well as experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM, would be highly beneficial.
