Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will: Provide inbound customer support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services Help customers resolve technical issues and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Assist in correcting billing concerns and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: A High School Diploma and/or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required) Live within a 40-mile radius of our site Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
The ability to work various shifts as needed Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills
