Job Description
Iβm seeking an experienced curriculum developer to formalize an existing course into a college-level, licensable curriculum suitable for use with universities, workforce programs, and LMS platforms such as Blackboard. The course is already live and has been delivered as a self-paced program with pre-recorded lessons; all core content exists and will be provided, including curriculum outlines, section guides, lesson slide decks (PDFs), assignments, and supporting materials. Your role will be to translate this material into an official academic curriculum format aligned with higher-education and workforce-training standards (learning objectives, outcomes, assessments, rubrics, pacing, and documentation as required for institutional approval or licensing).
In parallel, you will collaborate with me to develop a comprehensive train-the-trainer guide that enables consistent delivery by future instructors, including facilitation notes, instructional standards, implementation guidance, and quality-control benchmarks. Ideal candidates have prior experience developing accredited or college-adjacent curricula, working with LMS platforms (especially Blackboard), and building train-the-trainer documentation for scalable programs. Familiarity with institutional review, workforce certification requirements, or licensing-ready curriculum standards is strongly preferred.
