We are looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented HRIS Systems Administrator to. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HRIS systems, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. The HRIS Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems. They will have a comprehensive understanding of HR data, employee records, and payroll processes and be able to work independently and collaborate with a team. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. They will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
