This Role Matters
This is an independent-contractor (1099) position for individuals who want flexible, purpose-driven work with supportive guidance. What You’ll Do • Speak with clients by phone to help them understand Medicare plan options • Guide seniors through selecting and enrolling in appropriate plans • Use our simple online tools and CRM • Follow a structured process with provided leads (no cold calling or door knocking) What You’ll Receive • Step-by-step training and licensing support • Work-from-home flexibility (you choose part-time or full-time) • Pre-qualified Medicare prospects through our established marketing system • Performance-based compensation aligned with the number of clients you support • Ongoing mentorship, weekly coaching, and supportive team culture
Compensation
This role is commission-based, with bonuses available.
Agents who complete training and actively work provided leads typically earn $60,000–$150,000+ per year, depending on activity level and client volume. (Pay expectations will vary based on individual effort and number of clients served.)
