About the Role Youβll serve as the primary relationship owner for ~25β30 clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate delivery, and proactive account health. Success means clear coordination across internal teams and visible client satisfaction that leads to retention and renewals. What Youβll Do β’ Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and requests within 24 hours β’ Lead regular client meetings and share campaign insights β’ Translate goals into clear tasks for internal specialists β’ Review and proof deliverables before sending to clients β’ Track client budgets and report performance monthly and identify risks and opportunities for account growth β’ Keep Asana and reporting tools up to date and visible β
What weβre looking for β’ 3β5 years of agency account management experience β’ Familiarity with bolthires Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and websites β’ Strong written and verbal English communication skills β’ Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent clients or projects β’ Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and follow-through β’ Confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding next steps β’ Collaborative energy with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally Bonus Points β’ Experience in multifamily or property marketing β’ Hands-on use of WordPress or Sprout Social β’ Comfort with analytics dashboards (e.g., Agency Analytics) β’ Prior U.S.
