Finance Operations Manager An experienced Finance Operations Manager is required to join a fast-paced operations environment, supporting high-volume cash collection, reconciliation, and debt management activities. Reporting to the Finance Operations Lead, this role partners closely with internal teams. You will take ownership of day-to-day cash collections, drive reductions in aged debt and help strengthen controls, reporting, and efficiency across finance operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee cash collection and credit control activities • Act as main point for complex or high-risk balances • Review ledgers regularly to ensure accurate reconciliation and timely collections • Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and reporting • Resolve outstanding queries and manage stakeholder communication • Work with outsourced teams and senior stakeholders to meet performance targets Experience & Skills • 2+ years' experience in credit control or finance operations • Insurance experience a must • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills • Strong reconciliation experience • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment If interested, please reach out to [email protected] Apply tot his job
