About the Role We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Clinical and Medical Affairs organization.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the President, with significant influence across the company. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in regulatory strategy and submissions, as well as proven leadership in clinical research and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Drive strategy for Clinical and Medical Affairs, ensuring successful regulatory submissions. • Collaborate with senior leadership across all departments to align clinical initiatives. • Grow and realign the clinical research team, setting clear direction and goals.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to shape communication strategies with audiologists and ENT specialists. Qualifications • Extensive experience in clinical and medical affairs with a strong track record in regulatory submissions. • Class III medical device experience required; ENT background is a plus but not mandatory. • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale clinical research teams. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with senior leadership. Travel Requirements • Multiple trips per year to: • Switzerland • Germany • Shanghai • Occasional visits to production facilities for immediate consideration!
