The Account Manager will oversee and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management while leveraging digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SMM, and PPC advertising. Responsibilities β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their accounts, handling any updates, changes, or inquiries that may arise β’ Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to better understand their needs and goals β’ Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns β’ Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and effectively β’ Regularly analyze and report on client's digital marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates β’ Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on these insights β’ Work to retain clients by ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services and addressing any potential issues before they escalate β’ Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products that could benefit clients' business goals β’ Effectively present company services to clients and prospects using tools such as PowerPoint or bolthires Slides, while maintaining a professional presence on camera β’ Be open to participating in special projects or cross-functional initiatives that support team goals, operational improvements, or strategic company objectives Skills β’ Digital Marketing and a strong understanding of SEO, SMM and Paid Ads/PPC is required β’ 2+ years minimum of Account Management experience, in an SEO or Marketing Agency setting β’ 2+ years of experience in a sales-based position within a metrics driven organization β’ Ability to actively collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives, and then developing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve those goals β’ Must be highly organized and detail oriented in a production intensive environment, with the ability to work well under pressure β’ Ability to address and resolve any client issues or complaints, coordinating with internal teams as needed to provide timely and effective solutions β’ Expressing ideas, instructions, and feedback effectively and clearly through spoken word β’ Writing clear and concise emails, reports, proposals, and other forms of written communication β’ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer β’ Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on β’ bolthires Analytics/AdWords Certification is a big plus β’ A College Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or other related field is a big plus β’ Knowledge of local search ranking factors and/or writing content on the internet is recommended Benefits β’ Health
