Key Responsibilities • * Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategies. • * Collect, interpret, and present data to improve business operations and efficiency. • * Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring business metrics. • * Support the development of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights. • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support process improvements. • * Assist in creating process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• * Participate in meetings and provide analytical support to stakeholders. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. • * Proficiency in bolthires Excel, bolthires Sheets, and basic data visualization tools. • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • * Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools (preferred but not required). • Experience • * No prior work experience is required, but internships or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or consulting are a plus. • * Experience working with data sets, business reports, or project management tools is beneficial. • Working Hours • * Flexible working hours, typically 10-20 hours per week. • * Fully remote position, allowing candidates to work from any location. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
