ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a data driven and detail-oriented agent to ! In this role, you will leverage your local market expertise and pricing knowledge to prepare accurate property BPO reports. ROLE DESCRIPTION • Prepare and deliver high-quality, comprehensive reports on time • Utilize our proprietary valuation platform and other technology tools effectively • Apply in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and pricing dynamics to provide reliable Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) or price opinions • Stay informed on local market conditions, neighborhood trends, and pricing dynamics • Provide excellent customer service in communication with internal teams • Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements YOU BRING • 2+ years of experience preparing BPOs, CMAs, or pricing residential properties • Proven experience producing accurate, well-supported BPOs or price opinions • Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary platforms • Active real estate license (and any state-required BPO credentials, where applicable) • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and pricing trends • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills • Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines EEO STATEMENT True Footage is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
