Job Description: • Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet client needs across various modules with expertise in Finance (FICO). • Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP S/4HANA functionalities that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices. • Understand and address the unique challenges of clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with their strategic business goals.
• Assessment services for our customers moving to digital transformation leveraging SAP S/4 solutions. • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of SAP S/4HANA projects. • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets Argano’s high standards and client expectations.
• Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA functionalities. • Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to maintain Argano’s leadership in SAP solutions. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules. • Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued. • Skills: - Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO). - Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects. - Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes. - A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments. - Understanding of ASC Rules, specifically ASC 606. - Ability to present End to End Business Processes.
