Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to at arenaflex. As an Associate Analyst IT CTS, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and guidance to our crewmembers, while ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues and requests. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $30 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and assistance to crewmembers for all arenaflex equipment and applications, including communication and mobile devices Offer excellent on-site and remote customer service to crewmembers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues Coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests from start to finish, working with internal and external resources as needed Monitor and support systems, maintaining client access and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure Collaborate with all IT disciplines, working together to achieve first-contact resolution for all technical issues Maintain accurate documentation of requests, following arenaflex standards and procedures Update and maintain database documentation with the most relevant information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Coordinate responses to significant incidents and outages, working closely with the IT team to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everyone certification via Coursera Experience implementing and supporting applications, with a strong understanding of software packages and deployment Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%) and possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US, if required Experience using desktop configuration packages and a strong understanding of IT principles and practices Preferred Qualifications Certifications (bolthires, Networking, programming languages) Knowledge of bolthires desktop and server products, including Exchange and Office Suite Understanding of LAN environment using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other networking protocols Familiarity with communication, messaging, and system (VOIP and POTS) technologies Knowledge of mobile devices, including configuration, deployment, and management Experience with MDM solutions like Desktop ONE and bolthires Intune Understanding of general media solutions and technologies
