Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring top-notch service. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bolthires products and services, such as iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. Provide guidance on product features, applications, and usage to enhance customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Stay up to date with bolthires’s latest products, services, and support protocols. Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor while addressing customer concerns. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required); higher education preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with bolthires products and services; enthusiasm for technology is a must.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
