As a key player in the Third Party Origination (TPO) channel, arenaflex is seeking an experienced TPO Customer Service Representative to join its team, working in the Pacific Time Zone.
Job Overview
The TPO Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all TPO partners are properly affiliated with arenaflex's Union Home Third Party Origination channel. This will involve providing daily technical support, maintaining a list of activities related to TPO, and executing standard onboarding routines for new partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Enhance and execute standard onboarding routine for all new TPO partners Responsible for New TPO Partner Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations Responsible for 3rd Party Processing Company Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations Responsible for Warehouse providers' Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations Responsible for maintaining master contact lists of internal and external TPO Partners Responsible for delivery of daily rate sheets to external partners VA Sponsorship Process Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations Enhance and execute standard processes related to our White Glove Process Responsible for execution of Bulletin process as directed by leadership of TPO Maintain timely and accurate information in regards to TPO web presence Liaison for Union University to ensure training needs are executed and delivered Develop and implement standard training routine for all new TPO partners Daily Broker/Account Manager Technical Issue Support Loan Level issue diagnosis and error resolution Direct Assistance (phone/video) with questions/ system issues Meet crucial deadlines requested Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of work experience in the mortgage industry, TPO/Wholesale environment preferred but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a customer-facing role, providing technical support and resolving issues Knowledge of the mortgage industry, including TPO and wholesale lending Familiarity with loan origination systems and software Experience with data analysis and reporting Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner Time management skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with a strong focus on meeting crucial deadlines Attention to detail : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain records and reports Teamwork and collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
