As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our corporate travel management organizations. You will work closely with our TMC (Travel Management Company) accounts to develop business relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for arenaflex, providing strategic guidance and support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Utilize extensive judgment to manage pricing, bolthires analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements to achieve the highest possible share and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Develop and implement marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
* Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
* Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most bolthires-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. Work Experience, Education, and Skills * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field.
+ Bachelor's degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with bolthires Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization.
