Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that helps companies manage and streamline their operations. The Accounting Partnerships Associate will engage with accounting firms, conduct outreach, lead discovery calls and product demonstrations, and support the sales cycle while collaborating with various teams to enhance partner relationships. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound pipelines to identify, qualify, and convert accounting firms into active partners Conduct tailored discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations Design and execute outbound strategies, including targeted campaigns and event participation Maintain ongoing engagement with partners through structured check-ins and follow-bolthires Support partner onboarding and training to drive adoption and satisfaction Monitor partner engagement to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams to align messaging, share partner insights, and enhance the overall program experience Identify opportunities to grow existing partner relationships and expand into new markets Support lead generation and outreach initiatives to improve partner engagement and program visibility Contribute to webinars, tutorials, and training content that support partner education and adoption Represent Odoo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the program and build relationships Skills Experience in sales development, business development, or partner management; experience within accounting or financial services is a bonus Proven ability to manage pipelines, lead discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and build strong client or partner relationships Solid understanding of accounting principles, workflows, and partner-driven business models Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience collaborating across teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Proficient in English; Spanish or French is a plus Demonstrated success driving engagement, adoption, and growth in B2B partnerships or sales Experience in partner enablement, onboarding, or success-focused roles Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools Ability to create training or enablement content for clients or partners Experience representing a company at trade shows, conferences, or industry events Benefits Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, 401K Matching, and Commuter Benefits PTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals $100 towards a work-from-home office setup Evolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!
