As a Claims Analyst – Waste & Abuse Ideator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Waste and Misuse program, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address program-specific issues, and drive process improvements that enhance patient outcomes.

Position Synopsis As a Claims Analyst – Waste & Abuse Ideator, you'll be responsible for managing a range of administrative and project management tasks within the Waste and Misuse program.
This will include: * Daily oversight and management of clinical records inventory, tracking, and reporting * Monitoring and responding to system post box submissions, and updating project documentation as needed * Identifying and investigating program-specific issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and suppliers * Working closely with the Program Administrator, Claims Researcher, and other partners to achieve functional and financial targets * Demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities * Identify key business drivers for your area of responsibility * Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners * Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing * Analyze data and identify trends, developing recommendations for process improvements * Collaborate with junior partners to drive project success * Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, working closely with cross-functional teams * Support the development and maintenance of overall program documentation * Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, driving engagement and commitment among team members * Develop and implement processes for assessing and prioritizing issues and goals * Write clear, concise reports and presentations that accurately reflect data and direction Required Capabilities * 3-5 years of industry experience in medical services claims, guarantee handling, and guarantee stages * 3+ years of experience in claims handling data and experience within ACAS, QNXT, or HRP (HRP is highly preferred) * Proficiency in QuickBase * Ability to work independently and autonomously * Strong analytical and research skills * Ability to explore data and identify data assets * High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Capabilities * Ability to interact with diverse groups at various levels * Familiarity with organization systems and ability to access electronic documentation * Knowledge of bolthires's policies and procedures * Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences * Proficiency in Word, Excel, database search tools, and use of the Intranet/Web to access data Training and Development * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry
