As an Experienced Full Stack Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in empowering arenaflex Cloud Platform (GCP) clients to understand, visualize, implement, and work with their GCP database framework. Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-centric documentation for arenaflex Cloud Data Experience, including client journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients. You will work closely with Product Managers, Design Leads, UX Analysts, and UI Partners to identify key client journeys and develop data models that help clients navigate those journeys.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan, design, write, and publish technical documentation for Cloud Data Experience, including client journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients. * Collaborate with PMs, Design Leads, UX Analysts, and UI Partners to identify key client journeys and develop data models that help clients navigate those journeys. * Work with a team of writers in the Cloud Data Experience team to continuously refine approaches to delivering a great client experience. * Work with functional partners to manage and prioritize the technical writing responsibility.
* Guide and support other writers in the Cloud Data Experience group. Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Specialized Communications or equivalent experience. * 2 years of experience with technical writing. * Strong understanding of databases, SQL, NoSQL, and Cloud services. * Experience in a fast-paced environment, creating technical documentation for a technical audience, preferably for enterprise cloud services. * Capability with HTML or Markdown; experience in a Unix environment. * Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple tasks, and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills and strong drive. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Cloud Data Experience, GCP, or similar cloud platforms. * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems. * Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking. * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
