Job Summary: As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex on social media, delivering personalized and empathetic interactions that foster positive relationships with customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, providing accurate information about our products, services, promotions, and events, and addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
