Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Recording, analyzing, and reconciling financial transactions, as well as preparing and reviewing financial reports * Conducting complex data entry exercises related to maintaining financial records, creating financial summaries, and administrative reports * Accumulating and auditing financial data for financial and administrative reports * Reviewing information from the general ledger, unit reports, and other financial systems to ensure accuracy * Preparing and auditing account reconciliations and certificates * Analyzing projects related to financial accounting methodology, techniques, or systems * Performing ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal control procedures * Providing useful advice and training to colleagues * Offering support for consistency and risk management requirements * Collaborating and communicating with partners throughout the project Required Capabilities * 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analysis, financial reporting, accounting disclosure, or risk announcement, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Desired Capabilities * BA/BS degree or higher in accounting * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision * Ability to present complex material in a clear, consumable way to all levels of management * Excellent critical thinking skills * Alteryx experience * Proficiency in middle-of-the-road bolthires Office skills (strong understanding of Excel (v-queries, pivot tables, etc.)) * "Experience in an industry association or organization that aligns with arenaflex's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion."
