Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 3 years of experience in HR roles or a customer-facing position. * Long-term postgraduate education in human resources management or business administration, or two additional years of significant experience in lieu of degree.
* Demonstrated understanding of HR or related customer service work. * Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-speed environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP).
