Job Summary: We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Chat Specialist to join our remote team.
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Responsibilities: As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner * Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Work Environment: As a remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
