The Job As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the Vail Valley.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Interacting with customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations * Offering support services throughout their stay * Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain * Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment * Restocking vans with extra equipment * Answering and making calls to our customers Perks and Benefits As a part-time Ski Technician at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your winter trips to Steamboat, Winter Park, Salt Lake City, California, and other Alterra locations * An Alterra Mountain Company ski pass for unlimited skiing at participating resorts * A base wage of $18/hour, plus tips, with an average wage of $25-$33 per hour * A 401K benefit and match for all staff members over 21 years old * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic ski tuning and waxing skills (training provided) * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance * Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus) What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
