To achieve our shared goals, we work closely with peer network associations, training platforms, site visits, learning collaboratives, and data-driven improvement projects. About the Role As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including but not limited to: * Managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless execution * Supporting compliance and acquisition efforts * Collaborating with the Agent Chief and HR Sr. Manager to maintain and refine internal system functionalities, including organizational goal achievement, extensive data technology (IT), internal operations projects, and overall office management * Providing tasks direction to new hires, including employee presentations, office visits, technology onboarding, sharing of systems and practices, and a review of arenaflex's office activities to facilitate a welcoming onboarding process What You'll Bring * Strong project management skills and attention to detail * Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * High-level IT, HRIS, and database knowledge, with proficiency in bolthires Office, including O365, Teams, SharePoint, and Groups * Experience with change management, new software implementation, and system development, execution, and maintenance * Discretion and sensitivity to maintaining confidentiality, as required * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to facilitate conversations and resolve conflicts What You'll Do * Manage the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to: + Answering and responding to messages on arenaflex phones + Welcoming guests and managing office requests + Preparing bank deposits and arranging weekly bank runs + Ensuring checks are bundled and delivered promptly * Oversee all-encompassing maintenance, upgrades, and space planning to ensure optimal efficiency of the office * Act as the primary contact for all office and building matters, including but not limited to: + Support issues + Reviews + Backup systems + Acquisition and inventory of equipment, furniture, office supplies, computers, and other technology * Manage IT needs, including but not limited to: + Investigating and communicating with IT vendors for network support + Ensuring IT meets industry standards + Managing equipment and software needs, including installation + Assessing technology initiatives against established objectives + Establishing IT policies and frameworks + Collaborating with management and staff to ensure a productively working, innovative technical environment * Provide tasks direction to new hires, including employee presentations, office visits, technology onboarding, sharing of systems and practices, and a review of arenaflex's office activities to facilitate a welcoming onboarding process * Work with and provide strategic support for internal staff events, including the monthly arenaflex Workforce meeting and weekly standup * Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information both internally and externally What We Offer * Flexible hybrid work schedule * Collaborative learning environment and colleagues who care * Comprehensive healthcare benefit package options * Generous paid time off accumulations that grow over time, and one-month paid holiday with residency * Paid volunteer opportunities to support community involvement and a service-oriented mindset * 401k employer match What We're Looking For * A professional with a moderate level of experience, typically requiring a four-year degree or equivalent training, and at least three years' experience * Familiarity with written and spoken English required * Preferred qualifications and experience include: + Office management experience + Experience with change management, new software implementation, and system development, execution, and maintenance + Experience managing a private company (25-35 staff) IT environment + Formal project management training + A commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment, including but not limited to: racial equity, accessibility for people with disabilities, use of gender-inclusive language, and social awareness If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
