Skills • Licensed Attorney: Must be actively licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S.

state. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law. 5+ years of experience is preferred. • Client Engagement & Sales: Strong ability to clearly explain and advocate for estate planning strategies while building trust with clients. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estate planning and tax software is preferred. • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and explain legal concepts in an accessible way.

• Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of clients. Responsibilities • Client Consultations & Strategy Development: Engage with clients in virtual consultations to assess their estate planning needs and propose tailored legal strategies. • Estate Planning Document Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and finalize various estate planning documents, including trusts (revocable and irrevocable), wills, powers of attorney, and other related legal instruments.

• Tax & Probate Guidance: Provide advice on the tax implications of estate planning, asset protection, and, when necessary, assist with probate matters. • Stay Updated on Legal Trends: Keep abreast of federal and state estate planning laws, tax codes, and probate regulations to ensure that your advice remains relevant and compliant. • Client Education & Presentations: Clearly explain complex estate planning concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of legal professionals and support staff in a fully remote environment to deliver seamless service to clients. Qualifications • Licensed Attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. state. • 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law (5+ years preferred). • Proven client engagement and sales capabilities. • Technical proficiency with estate planning and tax software is preferred. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
