What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues and provide support * Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers * Operating with empathy, kindness, and a willingness to learn, utilizing active listening and patience to ensure customer satisfaction * Collaborating with teammates and managers across the organization using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a culture of customer-centricity * Adapting to change and flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2 years of customer service experience * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment * Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet * Ability to adapt to change and flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check Technical Requirements To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need: * A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse * A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed) * A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify * A webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration
