Remote Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you'll work full-time in a remote capacity, ensuring that every customer interaction is delightful, efficient, and aligns with our core values.
You'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products, services, and policies to customers. * Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and marketing, to ensure timely resolution of complex problems and to improve customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent.
