Key Responsibilities Deliver specific delegated customer service tasks assigned by a supervisor, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and professionally. Receive requests via email, telephone, or our CRM system, and document issues accurately using specific guidelines. Run reports and analyze data to prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service. Research multiple system applications to identify the root cause of complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve issues that require outreach and coordination. Respond to inquiries from clients, providers, and internal partners, determining the most effective response and providing clear and concise explanations. Work independently to complete day-to-day tasks, with access to advice and guidance from more experienced team members as needed. Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members, demonstrating your expertise and ability to handle complex situations.
Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a fast-paced, production environment, with a strong background in customer service. We prefer candidates with experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, where you have demonstrated your ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
